Karin to address workplace policies at ASU conference


<p>Marcy Karin, Associate Clinical Professor of Law and Director of the Work-Life Policy Unit of the Civil Justice Clinic, will speak on July 23, at an annual conference hosted by University Career Women at Arizona State University.</p><separator></separator><p>Karin’s topic at the Professional Development Conference 2010: Celebrating 25 Years of Transformation and Empowerment is “Workplace Flexibility Policies in the Nation and State.” The conference offers women opportunities for networking and professional development including leadership motivation, financial empowerment and personal transformation.</p><separator></separator><p>Karin supervises and instructs student attorneys working on behalf of clients in the Civil Justice Clinic. Her research interests include workplace law, policy, and practice, civil justice and litigation and women’s legal history. Karin is an active member of the national work-life law and policy community.
