Insight Bowl to affect traffic Dec. 31

Traffic on many streets around Tempe’s ASU campus will be affected on Dec. 31, when Minnesota and Iowa State face off for the Insight Bowl at Sun Devil Stadium.

Parking lots open for the game at noon and gates open at 2:30 p.m. for the 4 p.m. kick-off.
