Hinshaw joins panel on 'Real World Negotiation Ethics'


<p><a href="http://www.law.asu.edu/Apps/Faculty/Faculty.aspx?individual_id=5328">Art Hinshaw</a>, Clinical Professor of Law and Director of the Lodestar Dispute Resolution Program, recently was a panelist on "Real World Negotiation Ethics," for the Arizona Bar's ADR Section.</p><separator></separator><p>Hinshaw was joined by Lynda Shely, of the Shely Firm, PC., and J. Scott Rhodes, general counsel of Jennings, Strouss &amp; Salmon, P.L.C., at the Oct. 8 program.<br /><br />"Research has shown that attorneys are willing to violate the ethics rules when negotiating," the panel description states.
