Gartner speaks at international studies conference


<p><a href="http://apps.law.asu.edu/Apps/Faculty/Faculty.aspx?individual_id=65861">… Gartner</a>, associate professor of law, spoke at the International Studies Association Annual Convention in a lecture titled, “Civil Society and the Governance of International Institutions,” in Montreal on March 18.</p><separator></separator><p>Gartner teaches constitutional law, international institutions, foreign relations law and global health law and policy.
