Gartner speaks at conference hosted by the 'Yale Journal of International Law'


<p><a href="http://apps.law.asu.edu/Apps/Faculty/Faculty.aspx?individual_id=65861">… Gartner</a>, associate professor of law, spoke at a<em> Yale Journal of International Law</em> conference in an talk entitled, “Non-State Actors, Innovative Governance and Accountability in International Institutions,” on Feb. 26.</p><separator></separator><p>The conference, “Non-State Actors and International Law,” will focus on the increasing role of non-state actors in the international system, as well as the laws that govern non-state actors.</p><separator></separator><p>Gartner teaches constitutional law, international institutions, foreign relations law and global health law and policy.
