Gartner to speak at a global seminar in Italy


<p><a href="http://apps.law.asu.edu/Apps/Faculty/Faculty.aspx?individual_id=65861">… Gartner</a>, associate professor of law at the Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law, will speak at the Global Administrative Law Seminar in a lecture titled, “Innovations in Governance: Global health vs. Global Environment,” on June 10 in Viterbo, Italy.</p><separator></separator><p>The seminar will focus on the rise of state and local governments seeking alternative options in providing services by partnering with private actors, which create the hybrid public-private actors. The seminar will also discuss the rules and regulations that correspond with these public-private actors.</p><separator></separator><p>Gartner teaches constitutional law, international institutions, foreign relations law and global health law and policy.
