Gartner to speak at annual public policy lecture


<p><a href="http://apps.law.asu.edu/Apps/Faculty/Faculty.aspx?individual_id=65861">… Gartner</a>, Associate Professor of Law, will serve as a respondent during the lecture entitled, “Public Policy and Private Profit: A Study of Contrast,” on March 4.</p><separator></separator><p>Gartner will speak briefly after Judge John Foreman of Maricopa County Superior Court, who will serve as the lecture’s keynote speaker.</p><separator></separator><p>Gartner teaches constitutional law, international institutions, foreign relations law and global health law and policy.
