Gartner to speak at annual ASIL convention


<p><a href="http://apps.law.asu.edu/Apps/Faculty/Faculty.aspx?individual_id=65861">… Gartner</a>, associate professor of law, will speak at the American Society of International Law Annual Convention in Washington, D.C., in a lecture titled, “Innovative Governance and Global Health,” on March 24.</p><separator></separator><p>The conference, "Harmony &amp; Dissonance in International Law,” will focus on the evolution of international law and the current paradoxes it operates in.</p><separator></separator><p>For more information about the conference, click here.</p><separator></separator><p>Gartner teaches constitutional law, international institutions, foreign relations law and global health law and policy.
