Gartner to serve as commentator for John F. Roatch lecture

<p><a href="http://apps.law.asu.edu/Apps/Faculty/Faculty.aspx?individual_id=65861">… Gartner</a>, Associate Professor of Law, will serve as the commentator for the <em>John F. Roatch Global Lecture Series on Social Policy and Practice</em> on Friday, March 4.</p><separator></separator><p>The <em>John F. Roatch Lecture Series</em> annually features an internationally recognized expert exploring an international issue that has social significance for Arizona.</p><separator></separator><p>Gartner teaches constitutional law, international institutions, foreign relations law and global health law and policy.
