Gartner participates in American Political Science Association annual meeting

David Gartner, Associate Professor of Law, was a commentator and roundtable participant at the American Political Science Association Annual Meeting in Seattle, Sept. 2-Sept. 4.

The Association is the top professional organization dedicated to the study of political science.

Gartner was a commentator for the Health, Law and Policy discussion and served as a discussion participant for the Private Actors, Public Governance and 21 Century International Institutions roundtable. 

Gartner teaches Constitutional Law, International Institutions, Foreign Relations Law, and Global Health Law and Policy. His current research focuses on the role of innovative international institutions and non-state actors in shaping international law and the response to global challenges in areas such as global health, development, education, and the environment.
