Gartner to join in Duke University Law School roundtable
David Gartner, associate professor of law, will participate in at Duke University Law School’s “International Law and Global Public Goods Scholarship Roundtable” on Oct. 22 in Chapel Hill, N.C.
Gartner, along with other legal scholars, will consider the duty of international law in the production and protection of public goods and the different types of international laws that are best used for this vision.
Gartner teaches Constitutional Law, International Institutions, Foreign Relations Law and Global Health Law and Policy. His current research focuses on the role of innovative international institutions and non-state actors in shaping international law and the response to global challenges in areas such as global health, development, education and the environment.
