Fourth Winter ArtFest set at ASU's Tempe campus


<p>More than two dozen artists will display and sell their arts and crafts at the Winter ArtFest from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., Dec. 2, on Hayden Lawn at Arizona State University’s Tempe campus.</p><separator></separator><p>The artworks, made by ASU staff and students, will include quilted bags, cards, bookmarks, ceramics, jewelry, children’s books and more.</p><separator></separator><p>Also, ASU’s GEOClub will sell minerals, and Women Without Borders will offer crafts made by women in third-world countries.</p><separator></separator><p>There also will be music by keyboard artist Kevin Snow, and a demonstration of Latin dancing on the stage at 12:15 by by Tujuan Netters, a champion dancer who has won numerous prizes in competition in cha cha, rhumba and samba.</p><separator></separator><p>Continuing a festival tradition, there will be a “hunt” during the day. Christmas bows will be hidden on the campus, with each one numbered. Those who find bows with preselected numbers will win prizes.</p><separator></separator><p>The Winter ArtFest is sponsored by The Devils’ Workshop.
