Football season opener causes early start to cross-parking Aug. 31

Cross parking for ASU decal holders begins at 2 p.m. Aug. 31 <separator></separator>The ASU Sun Devil football season officially kicks off on Aug. 31 when the Sun Devils take on the Lumberjacks of Northern Arizona University.<separator></separator>This special Thursday night contest will cause some changes to campus parking during the day. To provide the best game day experience for Sun Devil fans, ASU Parking and Transit Services has released the following information regarding parking for the special event. • 7 a.m. – 2 p.m. – Regular ASU parking hours and operations will be in place. • 2 p.m. – Cross-parking for ASU decal holders will begin. • 3 p.m. –ASU parking facilities north of University Drive, including Lots 58, 59, 59N, 59E, Parking Structure-5 and Parking Structure -7 will close for football parking. The Fulton Center parking structure will not be impacted.<separator></separator>• 4 p.m. – ASU football game day parking begins.<separator></separator>• There will be no general pay parking north of University Drive . This will only be experienced for the NAU game.
