Flu clinic offered at ASU Nov. 4
<p>Don’t let the flu stop you! Get your seasonal flu vaccine from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., Nov. 4, outside the Memorial Union southwest of Einstein’s. The clinic will feature free giveaways and raffle prizes.
</p><separator></separator><p>To receive the shot at no charge, employees must show both a valid state-of-Arizona issued employee insurance card and a valid ASU Sun Card. All benefits-eligible ASU employees are welcome. Non-benefits-eligible employees may receive a flu shot for $16, payable by cash or check only.
</p><separator></separator><p>Students can choose to have the $16 cost of the flu shot billed to their ASU student account or to their insurance company (please bring insurance card). Students must bring a valid ASU ID card. Students who have insurance through Arizona Health Care Cost Containment System (AHCCCS) must receive their flu vaccine from their health-care provider.<br /><br /></p>
