Financial Services unveils form change


<p style="font: normal normal normal 12px/normal Helvetica; margin: 0px">The Departmental Professional Services Order (DPSO) form has been revised to more fully reflect university policy regarding conflict of interest. The revision was developed in conjunction with the Office of General Counsel to advise service providers of disclosure of substantial interest requirements that apply to ASU employees and their relatives. Service provider certification is no longer optional; it must be obtained before payment.</p><separator></separator><p style="font: normal normal normal 12px/normal Helvetica; min-height: 14px; margin: 0px">&nbsp;</p><separator></separator><p style="font: normal normal normal 12px/normal Helvetica; margin: 0px">The revised DPSO form, which takes effect July 1, must be used when procuring personal services valued at $10,000 or less. The revision also reflects the meals and incidental expense per diem amount for Maricopa County and is available online at www.asu.edu/fs/forms/902-06.doc. </p>
