Fellmeth book review published in ‘Journal’

March 17, 2009

Professor Aaron Fellmeth recently published a review of the book, Interpretation and Revision of International Boundary Decisions, by Kaiyan Homi Kaikobad, a Professor and Director of Research at London's Brunel Law School.

In the review, which was published in the American Journal of International Law, Fellmeth wrote, "Kaikobad has written a worthwhile general introduction to the interpretation and revision of international judgments and awards generally, and to boundary decisions specifically. His major contribution is in organizing and classifying a great variety of treaties and cases involving interpretation and revision disputes."

Fellmeth has studied international law from an interdisciplinary perspective since 1991. His research and teaching focus on international law jurisprudence and the formation of rules of customary international law in contested subjects, such as evolving human rights issues, espionage and covert action, psychological manipulation, conventional and asymmetrical armed conflict, and the internationalization of intellectual property rights. Fellmeth also is a leading expert on the law and regulation of international business transactions and intellectual property with a special focus on patent law and technology. He teaches Public International Law, International Business Transactions, Research Methods in International Law, and Patent Law.
