Feller to speak at water conference

Professor Joe Feller, of the Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law, will address the Colorado River Water Users Association Annual Conference, "Power of Water," on Dec. 15, in Las Vegas. Feller will give a talk about the management of Glen Canyon Dam in northwestern Arizona.
