Feller addresses Glen Canyon Dam issues


<p>Professor <a href="/Professor%20Joe%20Feller%20delivered%20the%20talk,%20&quot;Collaborative%20Management%20of%20Glen%20Canyon%20Dam:%20The%20Elevation%20of%20Social%20Engineering%20Over%20Law,&quot;%20at%20two%20meetings%20held%20in%20the%20West%20over%20the%20summer.">Joe Feller</a>, of the Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law, delivered the talk, &quot;Collaborative Management of Glen Canyon Dam: The Elevation of Social Engineering Over Law,&quot; at two meetings held in the West over the summer.</p><separator></separator><p>Feller lectured at the Conference on the Law of the Colorado River in Reno, Nev., on June 27, and at the Rocky Mountain Mineral Law Foundation Annual Institute in Snowmass, Colo., on July 17.
