Event planners invited to attend ASU Event Coordinators Showcase

Planning an event? ASU can help.

The Office of Special Events invites the ASU community to visit with more than 50 vendors who supply the university with event coordinating services such as catering, equipment rentals, promotional items, transportation and more.

The ASU Event Coordinators Showcase will take place from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., May 28, in the PE East Gym, on the Tempe campus. The vendors attending the event were selected specifically by the ASU events staff to best suit your needs.
