Economics expert to speak on early childhood development programs


<p>Nobel laureate Edward C. Prescott invites the public to attend a discussion led by Arthur J. Rolnick, senior fellow and co-director of Human Capital Research Collaborative at the Humphrey School of Public Affairs at University of Minnesota.</p><separator></separator><p>Rolnick will share his expertise in one of the most overlooked solutions to achieving economic growth: early childhood development programs.
