Dr. Laurie Chassin has been named as a Regents' Professor


Dr. Laurie Chassin has been named as a Regents&#39; Professor, the university&#39;s most prestigious rank. As a PI of a prevention training grant and author of more than seven-score publications, Chassin has been a leader in developing and conducting longitudinal studies of children and families at risk for substance abuse and associated mental health disorders. She has also served the psychology department in many important roles, such as chair of the clinical graduate program and the director of graduate studies.</p>
