Data Center to undergo upgrade this weekend, some services could be disrupted

ASU’s Data Center will undergo the final phase of a three part upgrade to renew network core components from 9 p.m., May 25 to noon, May 26.

It is the intent of the University Technology Office to maintain service availability as much as possible during this maintenance; however, there may be periods when some or all services are unintentionally impacted.  

Exchange 2010 email, ASU phone and data networks, as well as ASU college and departmental websites will not be effected by this maintenance. Access to My ASU courses, eCollege, Gmail, online library services and PeopleSoft is facilitated by systems that potentially may be impacted; in these cases caution will be taken to avoid any lengthy disruptions.
