Cruz moderates immigration discussion with Princeton students
<p>Professor <a href="http://www.law.asu.edu/Apps/Faculty/Faculty.aspx?individual_id=45422">E… Cruz</a>, Director of the Immigration Law and Policy Clinic at the Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law, along with Nancy-Jo Merritt from Fennemore Craig, will moderate a discussion on immigration policy and practice between College of Law students and students from Princeton University at 2 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 31.</p><separator></separator><p>The discussion, held at the offices of Fragomen, Del Rey, Bernsen & Loewy, L.L.P., 3003 N. Central Ave., Phoenix, follows an immigration policy forum for the Princeton students hosted by Fragomen, Del Rey, Bernsen & Loewy and co-sponsored by the Arizona chapter of the American Immigration Lawyers Association, the local chapter of the Princeton Alumni Association and the State Bar of Arizona, Immigration Section.</p><separator></separator><p>Fragomen partner Rodney Malpert will speak on "Current Trends in Employment-based Immigration," and partner Bonnie Gibson will discuss "Employer Raids, Employer Compliance, and E-verify."
