Cool quoted in 'Arizona Republic'

An article in the July 12 edition of The Arizona Republic about the Barrett Summer Scholars Program at ASU included comments from third-year law student Jimmy Cool of the Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law.

Cool ran the law school portion of the program, in which about 150 seventh-, eighth- and ninth-graders from across Arizona lived and took classes on campus. They learned about philosophy, engineering, journalism, health care and law, and some enrolled in a mock trial course taught by Cool.

"We take them from absolutely nowhere to trial in about 30 hours," said Cool of the experience the students received. To read the full article, click here.
