Cool quoted in 'Arizona Republic'


<p>An article in the July 12 edition of <i>The Arizona Republic</i> about the Barrett Summer Scholars Program at ASU included comments from third-year law student Jimmy Cool of the Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law.</p><separator></separator><p>Cool ran the law school portion of the program, in which about 150 seventh-, eighth- and ninth-graders from across Arizona lived and took classes on campus. They learned about philosophy, engineering, journalism, health care and law, and some enrolled in a mock trial course taught by Cool.</p><separator></separator><p>&quot;We take them from absolutely nowhere to trial in about 30 hours,&quot; said Cool of the experience the students received.
