College Colors Day celebrates college spirit

It’s official. This Friday (Sept. 2) has been declared College Colors Day by Arizona Gov. Jan Brewer.

College Colors Day is when students, faculty and staff at Arizona State University show support for their Sun Devils by wearing school colors for the kick-off of the 2011-12 athletics season.

College Colors Day celebrates the traditions and spirit that makes college a great experience by encouraging fans to wear their college’s colors on Sept. 2.

The ASU community is encouraged to come out for the first Sun Devil Football game at 7 p.m., Sept. 1, at Sun Devil Stadium where ASU will play UC Davis. More information may be found at: http://thesundevils.cstv.com.
