An article by Susan Chesler, associate clinical professor at the Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law, "Drafting Effective Contracts: How to revise, edit, and use form agreements," recently was published in the November/December 2009 issue of Business Law Today.

The magazine is published by the ABA's Business Law Section, which has a mission to serve the public, the profession and the Section by furthering the development and improvement of business law, educating Section members in business law and related professional responsibilities, and helping Section members to serve their clients competently, efficiently and professionally.

The article will also be reprinted (in edited form) by the ABA General Practice, Solo and Small Firm Division in the March 2010 issue of GPSolo magazine, which has a special "Best of ABA Sections" theme.
