Bodansky to speak at Valparaiso University


<p><a href="http://apps.law.asu.edu/Apps/Faculty/Faculty.aspx?individual_id=69710">… Bodansky</a>, Professor of Law, Ethics and Sustainability, will give a lecture entitled, “International Litigation as a Tool for Addressing Climate Change” at the 25th annual Monsanto Lecture hosted by Valparaiso University in Indiana on Friday, Feb. 18.</p><separator></separator><p>The conference will focus on the political and legal questions involved when using the U.S. litigation system to regulate climate change. The lecture will also highlight the benefits of using litigation, the strategies employed and its overall impact on climate change.</p><separator></separator><p>Bodansky is a preeminent authority on global climate change whose teaching and research focus on international environmental law and public international law.
