Benefits open enrollment begins
ASU benefits open enrollment begins at 8 a.m., Nov.1, and ends at 5 p.m., Nov. 19. Open enrollment is an opportunity for all benefits-eligible faculty and staff to make changes to their benefits elections for the 2011 plan year.
For information on the Healthcare FSA, which pays for non-reimbursed eligible medical, dental and vision costs, or the Limited Healthcare FSA for dental and vision costs, see the Health Benefits Guide (page 18). To learn about the Dependent Care FSA, which covers eligible expenses for child or adult day care, go the the Work/Life Benefits Guide (page 2).
