Bender quoted in 'State Press'


<p>Professor <a href="http://www.law.asu.edu/Apps/Faculty/Faculty.aspx?individual_id=23">Paul Bender</a> of the Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law was quoted recently in an article in the <i>State Press</i> headlined &quot;Goddard, Sinema accused of not 'resigning to run.'&quot;</p><separator></separator><p>The Sept. 8 article by reporter Derek Quizon discussed Republican Party Chairman Randy Pullen's claim that State Rep.
