Bender quoted in 'The New American'


<p>Professor and Dean Emeritus <a href="http://www.law.asu.edu/Apps/Faculty/Faculty.aspx?individual_id=23">Paul Bender</a>, of the Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law, recently was quoted in an article, &quot;States Plan on Opting Out of Obamacare,&quot; in <i>The New American</i>.</p><separator></separator><p>Reporter Ann Shibler reported that some state lawmakers are considering ballot initiatives for 2010 that would allow them to opt out of President Obama's health care plan, if voters so choose.
