ASU named top entrepreneurial school

A recent Phoenix Business Journal article noted NerdScholar blog’s recognition of ASU’s commitment to entrepreneurship.

The blog, which aims to better inform parents and students about college options, listed ASU among its nine favorite schools with entrepreneurship degree programs, citing the 28 percent of undergrads in the program who start their own business afterwards, such as fashion designer and ASU alum Kate Spade.

“We are delighted to have ASU’s entrepreneurial profile highlighted in yet another opinion piece online,” said Gordon McConnell, assistant vice president of Innovation, Entrepreneurship and Venture Acceleration for the Office of Knowledge Enterprise Development
