ASU Financial Aid adds new service options
To enhance financial aid services for the ASU community, the Student Financial Assistance Office has added new options, including self-service tools designed to provide faster answers to financial aid questions, 24 hours per day and seven days a week.
“As enrollment at ASU continues to grow, we are continually looking for new and innovative ways to meet the needs of students, parents and others that may need our help,” said Susan Sedik-Barker, director of Client Services. “These new tools will allow us to provide quicker and more efficient financial aid assistance to a larger number of people.”
Students now can get updates on the status of their financial aid online with the new Financial Aid Tracker now available in My ASU or through a fully automated phone system, accessed by calling toll free at 855-278-5080.
“It makes all the responsibilities of being a student easier, especially when trying to find out about the status of your financial aid,” said Christopher Rasmussen, a freshman political science major.
Additional self-service resources also are available in the ASU Help Center. The community can search the Help Center for answers, use the "Guided Help" feature to streamline the search process or use "My Help Center" to submit and manage their financial aid service tickets.
To get in touch with a financial aid counselor, students also can chat or call toll free at 855-278-5080.
