Article by law student selected as a finalist in top award


An article by 3L Michael Poulton entitled, “Particles of What? A Call for Specificity in Airborne Particulate Regulation,” was among the 11 national finalists for the Scribes Award.

College of Law student Cody Huffaker, also a 3L, won the 2010-2011 Scribes Law-Review Award Competition for his article, “A New Type of Commandeering the Bypass Clause of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (Stimulus Package).”
