Arizona Republic notes U.S. News ranking

March 19, 2012

The improved ranking of the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law by U.S. News & World Report was noted by The Arizona Republic in an article titled, “ASU law school’s U.S. ranking rises to 26th in report,” published on March 18.

The law school moved from 40 to 26 in the annual survey conducted by U.S. News.

The Republic article quotes Interim Dean Douglas Sylvester saying that the ranking is “recognition that we’ve been doing things the right way for some time.”

“We’re the only law school you’ll find anywhere near the top that went up in every single category that matters,” Sylvester told The Republic.
