The Sun Devils are among college football's greatest success stories in terms of professional advancement - nearly 200 of ASU's student-athletes have gone on to play football in the National Football League. The Homecoming Parade started early Oct. 27 with the Sun Devil Marching Band leading the procession under the University Bridge.
ASU President Michael Crow served as this year's grand marshal during the Homecoming Parade. Crow has led the charge in boosting the university's education and entrepreneurship space, enhanced global partnerships and provided educational opportunities for hundreds of students.

Perhaps the best place to watch the parade: Jacob Mayer viewed the proceedings atop the shoulders of his father, Kurt Mayer. Kurt, a secondary education alumnus who graduated in 2000, brought his family to watch the fun.
Parade entries and floats of all kinds showcased the university.
The Residence Hall Association Float makes its way past the Fulton Center. The Barrett West Hall Council was celebrating ASU's "Midas Touch" this Homecoming season.
Following the parade, the crowd flooded the adjacent block party where the vast diversity of ASU was on view.
