Good Company Real Estate, a full-service real estate firm serving buyers and sellers across the Greater Phoenix area, ranked No. 1 in the $2 million–$9.99 million revenue category in the ASU Alumni Association’s Sun Devil 100 Class of 2025.

“Being a Sun Devil is special to me, and being a Sun Devil 100 honoree is a meaningful recognition of the business we’ve built over the years,” Matthew Manoogian said, realtor and co-founder of Good Company Real Estate. “It fills me with pride.”

Entrepreneurship runs deep in Manoogian’s family. Inspired by the success and drive of his father and grandfather, he always knew he would follow a similar path. What he didn’t expect was how quickly that journey would begin after graduating with a bachelor’s degree in interdisciplinary studies in 2001.

“At ASU, I met a lot of great people and built the foundation of my professional network. That network gave me the confidence to leave a corporate job and start my own business — which eventually led to several businesses over the years,” Manoogian said, reflecting on the entrepreneurial journey that ultimately led him to launch Good Company Real Estate.

The company’s mission is to provide customers with a five-star experience that leaves a lasting impression through honest, simple solutions. That clear vision, according to Manoogian, is what empowers his team to consistently deliver exceptional service.

“We get to help people buy their first house, or their 50th. We get to teach them about building wealth through real estate. And, we get to solve tough problems for them, too,” Manoogian said. “I truly love what we do.”

What notably distinguishes Good Company Real Estate is its commitment to teamwork and relationships. Manoogian sees employee turnover not as a setback, but as an opportunity to maintain strong ties.

“This approach has helped build a strong reputation within the industry—so much so that former employees often continue to send us real estate opportunities even after they’ve moved on,” he said.

As a first-time Sun Devil 100 honoree, Manoogian is delighted to be part of the program and attributes his ongoing relationship with ASU as a key part of his personal and professional journey.

“I loved my time at ASU as a student and have always stayed connected—whether through sporting events, Gammage shows, fellow alumni, or now my daughter attending ASU,” he said. “Being a Sun Devil, in any capacity, is important to me.”
