Women's tennis host NAU, Pacific

The 20th-ranked Arizona State (3-1, 0-0 Pac-10) women's tennis team returns home this weekend to host Northern Arizona and Pacific at the Whiteman Tennis Center, Feb. 11-13 in Tempe.

Coming off a 7-0 route of No. 22 South Carolina and a hard fought 3-4 battle with No. 11 Miami at the ITA Kick-off Weekend in Coral Gables, Fla., the Sun Devils are gaining momentum with a couple more non-conference matches before heading into Pac-10 play.

With new single rankings released next Monday, No. 34 senior Kelcy McKenna is the top-ranked player for ASU. In dual play, McKenna is 3-1 sitting in the top-spot of the line-up and 17-2 overall on the season.

Freshman Jacqueline Cako is currently 10-1 on the season in the No. 2 spot, including winning her last seven straight matches.

ASU will take on Northern Arizona on Friday, Feb. 11 at 1:30 p.m. MT and then face Pacific on Sunday, Feb. 13 at 11 a.m. MT.
