Women's golf opens team play in Tucson

<p>The Arizona State women’s golf team heads to Tucson, Ariz. to compete in the Wildcat Invitational. The tournament, hosted by the University Arizona, will be held Feb. 7-8 at the Golf Club at Vistoso.</p><separator></separator><p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-pagination: none; mso-layout-grid-align: none;">The Sun Devils enter the tournament having previously won the team title three out of the last five years in 2006, 2007 and 2010.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;">&nbsp; </span>This year the tournament will include 16 teams, six of which are members of the Pac-10.</p><separator></separator><p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-pagination: none; mso-layout-grid-align: none;">The field for the tournament includes: <span style="mso-bidi-font-size: 13.0pt; mso-bidi-font-family: Arial;">Arizona, Arizona State, Washington, Gonzaga, Idaho, Stanford, Oregon State, New Mexico State, New Mexico, California, San Jose State, Northern Arizona, UC Davis, San Diego State, Hawaii, Oklahoma State.</span></p><separator></separator><p class="MsoNormal">Arizona State begins its team competition portion of the schedule with the Sun Devils welcoming five new golfers to the team. The line-up for the Wildcat Invitational features All-American <a href="/sports/w-golf/mtt/ciganda_carlota00.html"><span style="color: #444444;">Carlota Ciganda</span></a>, Giula Molinaro, <a href="/sports/w-golf/mtt/blanco_laura00.html"><span style="color: #444444;">Laura Blanco</span></a>, <a href="/sports/w-golf/mtt/lee_justine00.html"><span style="color: #444444;">Justine Lee</span></a> and <a href="/sports/w-golf/mtt/ordonez_daniela00.html"><span style="color: #444444;">Daniela Ordonez</span></a>.
