Women's Basketball announces promotions for the 2008-2009 Home Season


<p>The 2008-2009 Arizona State University Women's Basketball home season will feature many promotions this season, including discounts for groups, buy 1 get 1 FREE Sundays in December, "Gold Game" vs. Arizona, the 3rd annual Pink-Zone/Breast Cancer Awareness game, and the NCAA/Pac-10 "Pack the House Challenge. In addition to these promotions, a canned food drive, family fun day, and the 3rd annual Sparky's Kids to College Field Trip highlight this season's community outreach initiatives.&nbsp; Multiple nights throughout the season will feature exclusive giveaways such as trading card sets, t-shirts, pom-poms, and the Wells Fargo commemorative poster series featuring <a href="http://thesundevils.cstv.com/sports/w-baskbl/mtt/lacey_lauren01.html">L… Lacey</a>.</p><separator></separator><p>The home season tips off Wednesday, November 5th at 6:30 p.m. when the Sun Devils host the Houston Jaguars in the Select-A-Seat Night at Wells Fargo Arena. The Select-a-Seat event is FREE and open to the public. Great season tickets are still available for the 17-game home stand. This is your chance to pick out your season ticket for the 2008-2009 season. At the challenge the first 350 fans in the door will receive Pink Zone Piggy Banks. At the California game, Sunday, January 4, 2009 at 2:00 PM, 100 additional banks will be available. We ask that you "Save change. Change lives" and return these banks at the Pink-Zone game February 7th, 2009. We also ask that any fan who received a Pink Zone Piggy bank at the Stanford or California games bring their donations to this event for FREE admission. Representatives from local breast cancer awareness organizations will be available to meet with fans about participation and volunteer opportunities in the valley. Additionally, the Women's Basketball Coaches Association (WBCA) is also hosting their 3rd when they host rival, Oregon State at 4:00 p.m. annual Pink Zone, formerly known as "Think Pink" week February 13-22, 2008 and Arizona State is just one of the many schools participating.</p><separator></separator><p>Junior Sun Devil Club</p><separator></separator><p>You can also become part of the Sun Devil family by joining the Junior Sun Devil Club presented by Shamrock Farms today!
