'What is College' video contest offers cash, scholarship opportunities


'What is College?' video contest

Current Arizona high school and Arizona State University students are invited to participate in a video competition to showcase the importance of college. The “What is College?” video contest asks students to share their understanding of college and what it takes to get there.

The top three videos in the high school and ASU categories will be awarded cash and ASU scholarship prizes.

First place: $5,000 ASU scholarship and $5,000 cash
Second place: $3,000 ASU scholarship and $2,000 cash
Third place: $1,000 ASU scholarship and $1,000 cash

To submit an entry:

1. Make a three-minute video.
2. Answer the "What is College?" question, available at eadvisor.asu.edu/videocontest.
3. Upload your video and complete the online form.
