Volleyball to host part two of the 'Duel In The Desert'

The Arizona State Sun Devil Women’s Volleyball Team (11-11 overall, 2-7 Pac-10) return to the home parquet this weekend to fi nish off the 2008 ‘Duel in the Desert’ as they host in-state rival Arizona this Sunday, November 2 at 1:30 p.m. in Tempe at Wells Fargo Arena. Fox Sports Net will also be on-hand to cover the event.<separator></separator>For one day only, the game will also feature a halftime showdown as the ASU Baseball Team takes on the ASU Softball Team in an exhibition volleyball match. The National Champion softball team and the baseball team boasting the top recruiting class in the nation leave the comfort of the their diamonds to battle on the hardwood at Wells Fargo Arena. This is one match you do not want to miss. Both teams will be available for autographs after the exhibition.<separator></separator>Sunday is also the Gold Game for ASU Volleyball. All fans wearing gold will receive $3 admission. In addition to receiving discounted admission, the first 1,000 fans will receive this year’s Sun Devil Volleyball limited edition Wells Fargo Poster featuring Senior Outside Hitter <a href="http://thesundevils.cstv.com/sports/w-volley/mtt/giordano_margie00.html… Giordano</a>.
