Sun Devil Fitness issues membership updates; presents Wellness Fair

The Sun Devil Fitness Complex will bring two new facilities online for the West and Polytechnic campuses in the Spring 2013 semester. Additionally, the Tempe campus is expanding and the Downtown Phoenix campus is due to open in the Fall 2013 semester.

The new buildings will provide an enhanced overall experience for the ASU community, who has access to all facilities.

Due to these changes, the faculty/staff membership fee will increase to $100 per semester beginning Jan. 7, 2013. This is only $11.53 per pay period. This change is effective for spring 2013 membership sales which begin Dec. 21. The increase will appear on payroll deduction plans as of Jan. 25, 2013.

Additionally, beginning Jan. 7, group fitness, cycle and yoga classes will be offered as one comprehensive package. Members to the new Devil-X program will have full access to all classes on all four campuses at one low price: Students: $60, Non-Students: $80 (Payroll Deduct Option: $75) per semester.

If your current Sun Devil Fitness membership is payroll deduction, and you want to cancel your membership, please notify us by e-mailing Sonia.Hovet@asu.edu by Jan. 3, 2013. Please include your name and ASU ID #. Your membership will be terminated effective Jan. 6, 2013.
