Softball Gearing up to host alumni game and National Championship celebration extravagaza

The Sun Devil Softball Team is gearing up to host an Alumni Game for the ages this upcoming November 1 from 3-7:30 p.m. in Tempe at Farrington Stadium. Included in the festivities are a home run derby, autographs, pictures and trick-or-treat on the field as well as a celebration of the 2008 National Championship. Come see the 2008 'Dream Team' one last time.<separator></separator> <separator></separator>The schedule of events is as follows:<separator></separator> <separator></separator>3:00 PM - Team Warm-Ups<separator></separator>4:20 PM - Awards and Accolades Presentation from 2008 Season<separator></separator>4:40 PM - Introductions<separator></separator>5:00 PM - Home Run Derby<separator></separator>5:30 PM - Team Pre-Game<separator></separator>6:00 PM - Alumni Game at Farrington Stadium<separator></separator>7:30 PM - Autographs, Pictures and Trick-or-Treat on the Field<separator></separator> <separator></separator> <separator></separator>In addtion to the full 2008 ASU Softball Team in attendance, several of ASU's famous Alumni will be in attendance as well as all three coaches in ASU program history.<separator></separator>The event is open to the public and donations will be collected to help pay for the 2008 national championship rings. We encourage all alumni, friends and family members to attend this year’s event and help celebrate the first ever Sun Devil Softball National Championship in program history. Kids are encouraged to dress-up in their Halloween costumes for the game and will be eligible to win prizes for best dressed and participate in the costume parade.<separator></separator> <separator></separator>Following the game all fans will be invited on the field to trick-or-treat, take pictures and get autographs with your favorite Sun Devil players.<separator></separator>Thank you for your continued support of Sun Devil Softball and we hope to see you out at this amazing event.<separator></separator>
