Soccer earns berth in 2010 NCAA Tournament


<p>For the first time since 2003 the Arizona State women's soccer team will be making back-to-back appearances in the NCAA Tournament. The Sun Devils (9-7-3, 3-5-1 Pac-10) will open NCAA play on Friday when they play at UC Irvine at 7:30 p.m.</p><separator></separator><p>Also traveling to Irvine, Calif., will be the No. 4 overall seed, Wake Forest, who will be taking San Diego in the first game of Friday's doubleheader at 5 p.m.</p><separator></separator><p>The winners of Friday's first round games will meet on Sunday at 2 p.m.</p><separator></separator><p>The Sun Devils have been victorious in their previous three meetings against UC Irvine, most recently a 2-0 win in the 2009 season opener in a game that was called in the 78th minute because of lightning.</p><separator></separator><p>Stay tuned for complete coverage all week long.</p><separator></separator><!-- STORY AD BEGINS HERE --></p>
