Noel Stowe memorial tribute to be held Jan. 31
<p>A memorial tribute and celebration of the life of Noel Stowe will be held from 2-4 p.m., Jan. 31 in the Carson Ballroom of Old Main on ASU’s <st1:place w:st="on"><st1:city w:st="on">Tempe</st1:city></st1:place> campus.
