No parking at Central Park East

<p>The Central Park East pay parking lot that is managed by U.S. Parking has permantly closed.  The lot is directly south of University Center on Polk Street and Central Avenue.  Construction will soon commence on a multi-story office complex.  A similar U.S. Parking lot is available south of YMCA on First Avenue.</p>
