Men's swimming and diving puts five on Pac-10 All-Academic Team


Five members of the Arizona State University men's swimming and diving team were named to the Pacific-10 Conference All-Academic team. The Sun Devils had two members on the First-Team with three on the second-team.

Pac-10 Champion diver Constantin Blaha was one of two Sun Devils selected to the First Team. Blaha, who stole the show at this season's Pac-10 Championships, proves he is not only a standout in the diving well but also in the classroom as he currently boasts a 3.69 in Business Communication. Sophomore Anthony Calenti was also named to the First-Team. Calenti, who is majoring in Real Estate, has a 3.74 grade point average.

Three Sun Devils were selected to the Second-Team. With a 3.15 in psychology, junior Adrian Kirkpatrick was named to the All-Academic Second-Team for the second consecutive year. Marin Naranca and Chris Pasanella, who are both Design Studies majors, were also selected to the second-team.
