Men's swimming and diving puts five on Pac-10 All-Academic Team


<p>Five members of the Arizona State University men's swimming and diving team were named to the Pacific-10 Conference All-Academic team. The Sun Devils had two members on the First-Team with three on the second-team.</p><separator></separator><p>Pac-10 Champion diver <a href="http://thesundevils.cstv.com/sports/c-swim/mtt/blaha_constantin00.html"… Blaha</a> was one of two Sun Devils selected to the First Team. Blaha, who stole the show at this season's Pac-10 Championships, proves he is not only a standout in the diving well but also in the classroom as he currently boasts a 3.69 in Business Communication. Sophomore <a href="http://thesundevils.cstv.com/sports/c-swim/mtt/calenti_anthony00.html">… Calenti</a> was also named to the First-Team. Calenti, who is majoring in Real Estate, has a 3.74 grade point average.</p><separator></separator><p>Three Sun Devils were selected to the Second-Team. With a 3.15 in psychology, junior <a href="http://thesundevils.cstv.com/sports/c-swim/mtt/kirkpatrick_adrian00.htm… Kirkpatrick</a> was named to the All-Academic Second-Team for the second consecutive year. <a href="http://thesundevils.cstv.com/sports/c-swim/mtt/naranca_marin00.html">Ma… Naranca</a> and <a href="http://thesundevils.cstv.com/sports/c-swim/mtt/pasanella_chris00.html">… Pasanella</a>, who are both Design Studies majors, were also selected to the second-team.</p><separator></separator><!-- STORY AD BEGINS HERE --></p>
