Harden named Pac-10 Player of the Week

Sun Devil sophomore <a href="http://thesundevils.cstv.com/sports/m-baskbl/mtt/harden_james00.html">J… Harden</a> has been named the U.S. Bank Pac-10 Men's Basketball Player of the Week for November 17 - 23, Commissioner Tom Hansen announced today.<separator></separator>Harden led ASU to a 59-52 road victory over San Diego State on Nov. 18, marking just the fourth road-opening win in the past 17 seasons for the Sun Devils. He registered a career-high 33 points against Pepperdine on Nov. 23, the most points by a Sun Devil since <a href="http://thesundevils.cstv.com/sports/m-baskbl/mtt/diogu_ike00.html">Ike Diogu</a> had 35 against California in 2005 (past 104 games). In the two games, the Los Angeles, Calif., native averaged 25.5 points, 8.5 rebounds and 2.5 assists.<separator></separator>Against the Aztecs, Harden scored 18 points, grabbed five rebounds and added three assists and two steals for ASU.
