Free identity repair service available for ASU community
Although most people know to immediately hit the delete button when they receive a typo-ridden email asking for personal bank information, identity thieves have gotten increasingly sophisticated. As a result, it is more difficult to detect fraudulent requests for information.
Reports of major data breaches also are regularly on the nightly news. In fact, identity theft is now one of the fastest-growing crimes in the United States, causing damage that often takes victims years to fix.
To combat this problem and protect the ASU community, Arizona State University has a new benefit available: free identity repair service. As part of its ongoing effort to guarantee the safety of personal data at ASU, the university has partnered with AllClear ID to provide this service.
The AllClear Guarantee coverage is available now and is automatic for all current and retired faculty and staff, as well as students, applicants and their parents.
Regardless of how or where a fraud or identity theft takes place, members of the ASU community can use this service for comprehensive identity repair. When you call for help with an identity theft issue, AllClear experts will do the work for you to recover your losses and restore your credit.
