Employee flu vaccines available during October

Employee flu shots are available during October at all of ASU’s campuses.

No appointment is needed, but employees must show both a valid state-of-Arizona issued employee insurance card and a valid ASU Sun Card. All benefits eligible ASU employees are welcome. Non-benefits eligible employees may receive a flu shot for $20 (cash or check only). 

Employees’ family members, retirees, student employees, graduate assistants and other students are not eligible to receive a shot through this program. Shots will be given on a first-come, first-served basis.

The schedule is:

• 8 a.m. to 1 p.m., Oct. 6, University Center 822A, Downtown Phoenix campus

• 7 a.m. to 4 p.m., Oct. 11, Memorial Union 246, Tempe campus

• 7 a.m. to 4 p.m., Oct. 12, Memorial Union 228, Tempe campus

• 7 a.m. to 4 p.m., Oct. 13, Memorial Union 228, Tempe campus

• 8 a.m. to 1 p.m., Oct. 19, LaSala A, West campus

• 8 a.m. to 1 p.m., Oct. 21, Student Union Cooley Ballroom A, Polytechnic campus
